Credits never expire
All purchased credits remain in your account indefinitely. You are never pressured to use them by a deadline.
Refund Window
If you have not used any credits from a purchase, you may request a full refund within 14 days of the purchase date. Contact us at hello@audrabook.online with your Dodo Payments transaction or receipt ID.
Used credits
Credits that have been consumed through audio generation are non-refundable. Once audio has been generated, the API costs have been incurred and cannot be recovered.
Partial Refunds
If you have used some but not all credits from a pack within 14 days, we will consider a partial refund for the unused portion on a case-by-case basis.
How to Request
Email hello@audrabook.online with subject line 'Refund Request' and include your account email and Dodo Payments transaction or receipt ID. We respond within 3 business days.
Exceptions
Refunds may be denied if we detect abuse of the refund policy.
